New Banksy work erected on house wall in London

The work, which has not been given a title, was erected on a house facade in the Kew Green area and was presented by Banksy through his official Instagram accountwhich has repeatedly been used to confirm that the paintings were made by the artist.

The stencil-painted work depicts a mountain goat on a ledge, from which stones tumble down to the ground. Below the painting, a surveillance camera had been redirected to film the falling rocks. This has since been directed back to its original position, according to the BBC.

On a bridge in front of the house wall, Banksy has drawn a small group of people looking for something with hunting dogs.

Back in London

Residents in the area that the BBC spoke to seem to be happy about the move:

– I think it’s incredible, and hope it can stay, says Kew resident Malcolm Taylor to the television company.

Banksy, whose real identity is a subject of recurring speculation, last erected a graffiti painting in London in March this year. Then in Finsbury park, where he painted green color in the background of a severely chastened tree, to resemble foliage.
