Together working and employment opportunities
According to the new regulation, a maximum of three health workers with the same professional title will come together to open a joint health vocational service unit. A separate license will be issued for each health profession. With the opening of these units, not only for the relevant occupational groups, but also in areas such as physiotherapy technician, psychologist, audiometry technician, ergotherapy technician, and secretary -General and Cleaning Officer will arise.
Authority limits and the ban on medical implementation
In health vocational service units, only service will be provided within the framework of professional competence. Patients diagnosed by the physician, treatment plan or prescription can be performed. The sale of non -authorization medical applications, medicine, medical equipment, cosmetic products or food supplements will be strictly prohibited.
Health services will not be limited in hospitals
With this regulation, health services will not be limited to hospitals; Society will expand for based and individual needs. While the demands of those who want to get private health services outside the public institutions are met, patients in health institutions are expected to decrease patient density and waiting periods.
Standards and Audit Mechanism
Health Vocational Service Units will have the necessary equipment and the services provided will be recorded. Health workers will be obliged to inform and get their approval before each procedure. Demand, complaint and suggestion channels will be kept open for the protection of patient rights. In the units, “Ministry of Health Communication Center (SABİM) Alo 184” will be made compulsory to integrated characteristics.
Signage and inspection conditions
“Private Health Vocational Service Unit” will take place on the signs of the units. These units, which are licensed by the Ministry of Health, will be audited regularly. In order to evaluate the compliance of medical practices to the legislation, supervisory commissions will be established, including experts from health institutions and universities affiliated to the Ministry. These commissions will carefully examine the activities of health professionals. Applications will evaluate the compliance of the legislation.
