Netflix has finally decided to unveil the very first images of Sonic Prime, the animated series dedicated to the supersonic hedgehog. More concretely, we are entitled to a few seconds highlighting the hero of SEGA, a few rings as well as the mythical Green Hill Zone that fans will recognize at first glance. It’s not much, but it must be said that since its announcement in February 2021, the project has been rather discreet. We just know that the concept of multiverse will be present, and that 24 episodes will be broadcast from this year.
This brief preview of Sonic Prime is also an opportunity to hear the voice of Deven Mack who will therefore lend his voice to Sonic. The rest of the voice cast includes Ashleigh Ball, Adam Narada Shannon, Brian Drummond, Vincent Tong, Ian Hanlin, Chan-Kent and Kazumi Evans. There is no doubt that Neflix hopes that the series – intended for a young audience – will be a hit in the same way as the two cinematographic adaptations.
