Recently, several of them have raised their prices and taken measures against account sharing outside households – something that has provoked strong reactions among customers.

This is what some users wrote when Netflix decided to introduce a fee for account sharing:

“I’m just here to say that your new account sharing fee is completely idiotic. There are tons of streaming services out there and Netflix is far and away the best.”

“Ending the family’s Netflix subscription because we can’t share anymore.”

“Netflix, fix the damage. Some people have more than one house! Kids in school! We pay for our screens. Let’s have our accounts the way we want! Totally sick and greedy.”
