Netflix’s Karate Kid series is coming to an end, but it is being celebrated as it deserves Announcement trailer for the 6th and final season from Cobra Kai reveals.
Instead of being in one sentence, the final season of the martial arts dramedy will be in three parts with five episodes each released this summer. The final chapter was actually supposed to come much earlier, but the Hollywood strike of 2023 intervened.

What happens next in the final season of Cobra Kai on Netflix?
The brutal karate club Cobra Kai and its villainous sensei John Kreese (Martin Kove) and Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) were recently defeated and driven out by Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka). But the kids from Miyagi-Do still have to meet in the 6th season of the series at the Sekai Taikai World Karate Tournament prove. And the opposing dojo won’t let the previous defeat slide so easily.
Who unfortunately still hasn’t been announced or can be seen in the trailer is the double Oscar winner Hilary Swank, who trained with Mr. Miyagi (Pat Morita) in the Karate Kid IV – The Next Generation and after all the nostalgic casting and camouflage the i -Icing on the series would be.

Old allies and new enemies for the Netflix series
Of course, fans can expect the return of the central karate kids like Samantha (Mary Mouser), Miguel (Xolo Maridueña) and Robby (Tanner Buchanan). But for the final season they have added a very special addition.
CS Lee, known from Dexter, has been cast as Korean martial arts master Kim Sung-yung, whose antagonistic granddaughter Kim Da-eun (Alicia Hannah-Kim) we have known since season 5. The founder of the Cobra Kai philosophy, believed to be dead, is at the end the true final boss of the series?
