Netflix announced the 2023 movies with a promotional video. The trailer features clips from more than 15 movies, including Murder Mystery 2, Extraction 2, Damsel, and Rebel Moon.
The platform, which has more than 223 million subscribers worldwide, was criticized for its inadequate content last year. The platform is newly announced Netflix 2023 movies responds to these criticisms.

The first half of the year is marked by the release of two sequels, Murder Mystery 2 and Extraction 2. Adam Sandler and Jennifer Anniston now take on the roles of two full-time detectives in Murder Mystery 2, trying to solve the case of their friend’s kidnapping.
Chris Hemsworth returns in Extraction 2 as Tyler Rake, an elite mercenary who must save the family of a Georgian gangster held in prison. Extraction has been a huge hit among the platform’s subscribers, as it currently ranks seventh on the list of the most popular British movies of all time.
The second half of 2023 features an action-adventure movie with Millie Bobby Brown and the highly anticipated space adventure of Zack Snyder. In Damsel, Brown plays a young princess who must survive in a dragon’s cave after her beloved prince is sacrificed by her family.
At the end of 2023, a version of Snyder’s Star Wars adventure will go live. In Rebel Moon, we will follow Kora (Sofia Boutella), a mysterious woman tasked with recruiting warriors from nearby planets to save the galaxy from the tyrant Balisarius (Ed Skrein).
