UTRECHT – The former director of Medisch Centrum Bernadotte in Utrecht is a prison sentence of 20 months above the head. According to the public prosecutor, she has acted as a general practitioner in patients, while she had no medical authority. The 52-year-old Tulay K. would also have been guilty of forgery, fraud, scams and embezzlement.
