(Finance) – Neodecortech announced that, as part of the buy-back program authorized by the shareholders’ meeting on 13 April 2021, between 4 and 8 July 2022, purchased 2,400 treasury shares at the weighted average price of € 3.2975 per share, for a countervalue equal to 7,914.00 euros.
Following the above purchases, as of July 8, the Company holds 101,693 treasury shares equal to 0.715% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Piazza Affari, the performance of Neodecortech with prices aligned at € 3.25, for a drop of 0.31%.
