(Finance) – Neodecortech announced that, as part of the buy-back program authorized by the shareholders’ meeting on 13 April 2021, between 8 and 11 February 2022, purchased 4,000 treasury shares at the weighted average price of € 4.1113 per share, for a countervalue equal to € 16,445.00.
Following the purchases indicated above, on 11 February the Company holds 43,000.00 treasury shares equal to 0.302% of the share capital.
At Piazza Affari, today, the performance of Neodecortech with prices aligned at 4.04 euros, for a 3.35% drop.
