(Finance) – Neodecortech announced that, as part of the share buyback programme, between 19 and 23 February 2024, it purchased 6,000 own shares at the weighted average price of 3.1283 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 18,770.00 euros.
Following the purchases indicated above, as of 23 February, the Company holds 334,363 own shares equal to 2.352% of the share capital.
On the stock market today, negative session for Neodecortechwhich closed trading with a loss of 1.59%.
