(Finance) – Neodecortech announced that, as part of the buy-back program authorized by the shareholders’ meeting on 13 April 2021, between 14 and 18 March 2022, purchased 6,620 treasury shares at the weighted average price of € 3.8085 per share, for a countervalue equal to 25,212.20 euros.
Following the above purchases, as of March 18, the Company holds 78,206 treasury shares equal to 0.55% of the share capital.
On the stock market, today, vigorous rise for Neodecortechwhich stores the session in strong gain, exceeding the previous values ​​by 2.00%.
