(Finance) – Neodecortech announced that, as part of the share buyback programme, between 29 January and 2 February 2024, it purchased 6,000 own shares at the weighted average price of 3.2033 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 19,220.00 euros.
Following the purchases indicated above, as of February 2, the Company holds 320,022 own shares equal to 2.251% of the share capital.
