A dispute between two neighbors resulted in charges against a Norfolk County man.
Norfolk OPP say charges stem from an incident on Gibralter Street in Delhi on the morning of Nov. 27.

“It was determined that two individuals engaged in a heated verbal dispute that subsequently escalated to the utterance of threats,” police said in a release.
A 47-year-old man has been charged with uttering threats to damage or injure an animal.
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
