The big losers are VVD and Volt. The latter can be labeled as the big winner of the elections. The party got three seats out of nowhere, but is already sidetracked, they are not allowed to negotiate. The party is in the middle left, and therefore fits perfectly into the picture that GroenLinks outlined beforehand: left-wing, progressive, sustainable and with housing as the spearhead.
