Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba says he is ready to resume talks if substantial discussions can take place. Russia does not rule out a meeting with the presidents of the countries.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleban according to him and the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrovin no progress was made in talks on thursday.
Kuleba said they were negotiating a ceasefire, and he hoped the result would be an agreement to build a humanitarian corridor out of the Russian-besieged city of Mariupol.
– It seems that Russia has other decision-makers in this matter, Kuleba comments.
Kuleba described the talks in Antalya, Turkey, as difficult and accused Lavrov of bringing a traditional narrative about Ukraine to the table. Kuleba assured that Ukraine will not surrender.
According to Lavrov, Russia has made demands on Ukraine and wants an answer. Russia has demanded, among other things, that Ukraine declare itself neutral.
“Putin would not refuse to negotiate with Zelensky”
Kuleba says he is ready to meet Lavrov again if there is an opportunity for a substantive discussion and search for solutions.
Lavrov, for his part, said Russia is ready to resume talks with Belarus.
He also assured that not the Russian president Vladimir Putin would refuse to negotiate with the President of Ukraine on “certain matters” Volodymyr Zelenskyn with.
After the talks, Lavrov accused the EU and other countries of “dangerous” support for arms supplies to Ukraine. He also accused the West of using Ukraine to subvert Russia.
