American rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been arrested in New York, says NBC News.
So far, there is no information on what charges the arrest was based on, but several lawsuits have been filed against him, including sexual violence.
In March, federal agents searched Combs’ apartments in Los Angeles and Miami. In May, on the other hand CNN released surveillance footage from 2016 of Combs punching, kicking and dragging his then-girlfriend at a hotel in Los Angeles.
After the video became public, Combs issued a public apology and said he had received professional help.
