Two representatives of the Nazi party NMR are charged with assaulting a father and his teenage son during the election campaign. One of the defendants has previously been convicted of assaulting another teenager, reports the newspaper Expo.

When three people from the Nordic Resistance Movement campaigned in Örkelljunga, the father tore up an NMR leaflet. According to the indictment, he was then abused by two NMR representatives, who also sprayed him with pepper spray. When the man’s 15-year-old son tried to intervene, he was, according to the indictment, threatened with death, beaten and pepper-sprayed. The defendants have denied any wrongdoing.

One of the defendants has previously been sentenced to six months in prison for assaulting a 16-year-old girl and a 21-year-old man, also during the election campaign.
