Linden is very good for colds and flu infections during the winter months.

This is one of the reasons why it is most preferred because it is a plant suitable for use by everyone, whether children, adults or the elderly. Linden is divided into two types; leaf linden and flower linden. We recommend that linden flowers be preferred more since they contain more extracted oils.

It is especially important not to exceed 3 glasses a day when drinking linden. Consuming more than 3 glasses of linden may cause dehydration and diarrhea.
