According to Rutte, the world cannot afford that Putin “should be allowed to throw uppercuts with the leaders of North Korea and China”.
Rutte stated that the front is currently moving in the wrong direction in Ukraine. He repeated his earlier message that Ukraine’s supporters should strengthen their aid.
