The League of Football Nations is organized in four leagues. The first four and the four seconds of League A groups qualified for the quarter-finals in round-trip matches, then the winners play Final Four (semi-finals + final).
The winners of the groups of leagues B, C and D are promoted in the upper leagues and the last of leagues A and B are relegated to the lower leagues. The 2024-2025 nations league distributes four precious tickets for the dams of the World Cup 2026.
