He has previously been convicted in the district court for unlawful threats, assault, sexual harassment, attempted rape and rape.
When the sentence was appealed to the Court of Appeal, the sentence was reduced from three and a half years to two years and eight months.

Now he is charged with another rape and a case of sexual harassment. During the summer of 2021, the man allegedly groped a woman and inserted his fingers into her abdomen in an elevator.
