This was stated by the general secretary of Fisascat Cisl, Davide Guarini commenting on the agreement reached on the renewal of the contract which will affect the entire sector. “When everyone works, with responsibility, commitment and determination, important results can be achieved both on a regulatory and economic level. We therefore believe that this renewal represents the clear demonstration of how good bargaining is and remains the best tool to guarantee rights, protection and wages even in very complex sectors such as sport, which by its nature needs to manage the indispensable flexibility with balance without sacrificing the dignity of work”, adds Guarini.
