National rally: back to basics?

Jordan Bardella becomes president of the RN and succeeds Marine

Just crowned with his title of president of the National Rally, Jordan Bardella held his first press conference on Wednesday since his election last weekend. The 27-year-old MEP said he wanted to “continue to normalize” the far-right French party. A way of responding to internal criticism, according to which Jordan Bardella would seek to radicalize the RN.

What is the new political project of the party? Should we talk about a breakup? Will the National Rally manage to overcome the glass ceiling to achieve its goal of gaining power in France?
