The black hat belonging to the former French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte was sold for 1.9 million euros at the auction held yesterday by Osenat auction house in the town of Fontainebleau, south of Paris, the capital of France.
Osenat stated in his post yesterday that the hat is expected to find buyers for 600 to 800 thousand euros. Osenat stated that the hat is the Napoleon hat sold for the highest price so far.
