Going from the shower straight to the job meeting can be crazy. The Romanian councilor Alberto Caraian knows that.
During Friday, he worked from home and connected to the town hall meeting in Bucharest via video link, without knowing the technology. When his picture appeared on the screen, several colleagues burst out laughing.
– Alberto, we appreciate your commitment, but please turn off the camera, exclaims a colleague in the hall.
As if it wasn’t embarrassing enough to show yourself naked to the members on site, the meeting was also broadcast live via the city hall’s YouTube channel.
After Friday’s incident, Caraian has chosen to resign after apologizing for his actions.
