On Wednesday night, the Georgia Guidestones monument was blown up in an assassination attempt. The granite stones are called the US Stonehenge and the police are now looking for the perpetrator.
Georgia Guidestones, located in Elbert County, Georgia, was erected in 1980 and is thus clearly younger than the British model. Who erected the monument is still unclear, but it is speculated that it is the secret society New World Order.
The creators are believed to have used the granite monuments as a human guide in the event of disasters, and the blocks contain 10 messages in eight different languages. In recent times, conspiracy theories have linked the same monument to Satanism.
So far, the police have not arrested any perpetrator.
