IT HAS BEEN AGENDA IN THE AMERICAN PRESS
Mission Hills resident Gabe Gunlock shared a video of the lights on Twitter. Speaking to ABC News, Gunlock said he noticed strange, bright lights off shore and was shooting.
“OVER THE OCEAN…”
“There were multiple floating lights on the ocean. They were very calm, very bright. They were orange, reddish lights,” Gunlock said.
According to ABC7, the regional news channel, it was reported that there were no military or commercial aircraft in the sky at the time. The San Diego Police Department told ABC News that the mysterious lights were actually flares used for military exercises. It was also stated that there was no military activity in the region. No official statement has yet been made on the matter.
