In the alleged jail trials of the Islamic State group, before the Paris Special Assize Court, the floor was given to the ex-hostages for the second consecutive day, Thursday, February 20. The Court notably heard the Italian humanitarian aid Federico Motka, kidnapped in March 2013 and detained for 14 months with its British colleague David Haines, who was murdered. The latter’s widow and her two daughters delivered poignant testimonies.
