The world’s richest person, Tesla founder Elon Musk, has donated over 70 million dollars – approximately 735 million kroner – to support Donald Trump’s presidential election campaign, according to information that has now become public.
Musk made the donation last summer, when the money was transferred to America PAC, a fundraising organization that supports Trump.
“America PAC has only common sense as a goal, middle values,” Musk stated on X shortly after his donation was announced.
So far, America PAC has spent, among other things, $38 million on door-knocking with voters.
Elon Musk announced last summer that he is supporting Trump in the presidential election, and has subsequently, among other things, participated in one of the ex-president’s campaign meetings in October.
