Elon Musk attended when US President-elect Donald Trump spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky this week, reports The New York Times and Axios.
The entrepreneur and multi-billionaire Musk has been praised several times by Trump and is believed to be given a role that deals with streamlining the state apparatus when Trump takes office.
According to The New York Times, Trump should have handed over the phone to Musk, who has previously been critical of US support for Ukraine but is now said to have promised to continue providing the country with internet via his Starlink satellites.
