The singer, guitarist, songwriter and former Minister of Culture of Cape Verde Mario Lucio is on the bill at the Au Fil des Voix festival. He will be on the stage of La Cigale in Paris this Tuesday, January 24 for the opening night of the festival, dedicated to the Cape Verdean music scene. Mario Lucio will play there the titles of his 10th album, Migrants, released at the end of 2022. An album, very personal and universal at the same time, where he pays tribute to those who, from time immemorial, have taken the route of migration with their roots as their only baggage.
