Last year, the museum on Kees Stipplein welcomed a record number of museum enthusiasts with more than six thousand visitors. “That proves that the path we have taken is the right one,” says Van Hardeveld. A survey conducted by the Veenendaal museum also showed that many visitors came from Rotterdam, Delft and Leiden. “The interest from outside the region shows that the professionalization we are working on is starting to bear fruit.”
