Soon, police began to suspect that the son’s story was not right. After further investigation, he was charged with murder.
Hidden bayonet in bush cake
In its judgment, the district court writes there are no witnesses, but only technical and other so -called indications. However, the court thinks that what is available is enough for a convict. Among other things, the murder weapon, the son’s bayonet, was found hidden in a bush near the crime scene. The son also sent a message to his dad to get Alibi in that way.
The 29-year-old is sentenced to life imprisonment for murder. He will also pay a total of SEK 110,000 in damages to his mother and sister.
