Murder mystery in Nynäshamn – GW: “ominous”

At the end of July, a 14-year-old boy, who had previously gone missing, was found dead in a wooded area in Nynäshamn. Since then, the police have been very secretive about the case, something that Leif GW Persson finds worrying.

Quite quickly after the boy was found, the police said they suspected murder. Leif GW Persson believes that this quick perception of the cause of death must be due to the fact that the violence was very visible.

– Sometimes it is so easy that you can see with your own eyes that this has been done by someone else, he says.

Another part of the investigation is that a boy of the same age has disappeared and disappeared at the same time. According to GW, there are two tracks in the investigation – either the missing boy is a perpetrator or he himself is a victim.

– They may have run away together and suffered the same atrocities, the place in Nynäshamn where the 14-year-old was found is probably not a crime scene but a find. There are indications that the body was moved, says GW.

GW: “The police are secretive”

May be gang related

According to information to TV4, the criminal suspects are linked to the Kurdish fox. But the motive for the murder or who carried it out is not clear. However, due to the boys’ backgrounds, links to gang-related crime cannot be ruled out, according to GW.

– It is of course worrying, there you have no problem with killing 14-year-olds and 15-year-olds, he says.

In cases like this, there are two possibilities for the police, either to remain silent or to turn to the public in order to possibly get help with important information. In this case, the police have been very secretive.

– It’s a bit ominous then. When you keep quiet about a case, the case itself is usually worse than when you go out and appeal to the public for information, says GW.
