Utrecht – The budget deficit at social development company UW (Utrechtse Werkbedrijven) is larger than expected. It was already clear at the end of last year that UW was in dire straits. It then turned out that a deficit of 2.2 million had to be filled by the municipality, to which another 400,000 euros is added.
