The municipal housing costs consist of the property tax (OZB) and the waste and sewerage tax. Remarkably, all three will increase on average about the same amount this year: the property tax by 5.9 percent, the waste levy by 6.1 percent and the sewerage levy by 5.3 percent. That is more than the average WOZ value of homes, which will increase by 4.2 percent this year.
