Several Finns play in the Hockey League at KHL. Won Olympic gold in the Finnish men’s hockey national team Frans Tuohimaa commented earlier to Sporto that he is still waiting for information on how he should act as an athlete playing in Russia. He has also wondered whether he intends to continue playing normally or return to Finland.
– I have thought about it a bit, but everyone is waiting for information from Finland as to what the situation is. I just sent a message to Finland as to whether any information has been received about how this situation affects those who work here and those who play in Russia. Everyone knows that the exchange rate of the ruble is corroding, but it is a small sorrow in the midst of all other confusion. I look forward to receiving information on this.
