The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) has been commissioned by the government to map areas where people can take shelter, but which are not specific shelters, reports P4 Värmland.
– It can be basements that are of a more stable type, tunnels. The metro in Stockholm, for example, is an excellent kind of protection, says Anders Johannesson, unit manager for population protection.
The authority must cooperate with other authorities to find the premises.
