(Finance) – Monte dei Paschi di Siena Foundation (FMPS) “welcomes the news of the launch by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena of a voluntary public exchange offer on all Mediobanca ordinary shares”.
The foundation itself writes this in a note, deeming the initiative “of great interest also for the Siena area and hopes that the operation can further consolidate two historic brands for the benefit of families and businesses in the country”.
