MP Quentin Bataillon, president of the commission of inquiry into TNT frequencies, said on Thursday that he “accepts” his appearance on Cyril Hanouna’s TPMP show on Tuesday but “regrets” an “awkwardness” in his criticism of a competing host, Yann Barthès.
“It was complicated to do it there, because we can see that there is a very strong conflict between the two shows. It was not my role to do it there, it was a clumsiness and I regret it,” declared the elected representative of the presidential majority on franceinfo radio. However, “I accept my presence on the set,” he added.
