According to the Kinshasa press, Tuesday, February 28, a cache of weapons was discovered in Masisi in a property of Edouard Mwangachuchu Hizi, elected from the CNDP (National Congress for the Defense of the People) former armed militia of North Kivu transformed in 2009 into political party.

Already in 2019, the deputy was accused of supporting the rebels. Once again, he firmly denies all the charges against him and his relatives speak of an organized conspiracy.
