Head of Mossad, Israel’s intelligence agency David Barnea will travel to Doha to negotiate a ceasefire and the release of hostages with the extremist organization Hamas, a source familiar with the negotiations told Reuters and AFP on Thursday evening.

– The Israeli delegation led by David Barnea will travel to Qatar to continue negotiations on a ceasefire and a hostage agreement. Barnea meets the Prime Minister of Qatar Mohammed bin Abdulrahman alThani in talks aimed at bringing the parties closer to an agreement on Gaza, the source said.

The negotiations will probably take place on Friday.
