Morran and Tobias house for sale – needs to be completely renovated

If you fancy moving to a celebrity house in Enköping, now might be the time, because Morran and Tobias’ famous house is for sale.

For SEK 2.5 million you get a house of 135 square meters and a plot of 550 square meters. The house was built in 1932 and has two floors, as well as a basement. It is in dire need of renovation, but must not be demolished.

No bids on the house so far

So far there are no bids, and the house has not yet been shown. The house has been shown in the series, and it’s good advertising according to Sara Almnert, but she doesn’t think it will make the house easier to sell.

Many people are interested in the house and talk about it online, but may not be as interested in actually taking the plunge and buying it.

– It’s the same thing, she says.

The condition after cigarettes and chainsaw

How is the condition, one might wonder, when Morran has fiddled in every corner and Tobias has run out of walls with his chainsaw?

Morran has smoked enormous amounts of cigarettes in the house, but according to Sara Almnert, it does not need smoke removal.
