Four to hospital after apartment fire in Östersund

There is a fire in an apartment building in Östersund. Four people, whose injuries are unclear, have been taken to hospital and an Important Public Notice (VMA) has been issued. Residents in the area are asked to close windows, doors and ventilation and stay indoors.

Improper parking led to millions in seizures
