Elderly man seriously injured in fire

An 85-year-old man has been injured in an apartment fire in Malmö. The police received an alarm about the fire at 4 pm on Tuesday.

Smoke divers found the man inside the home and helped him out.

The man is now being treated in hospital with serious injuries.

The price of tap water is soaring

The price of tap water is skyrocketing. According to Joachim Höggren, chairman of the Nils Holgersson group, the rate in every fourth municipality has been raised by over 20 percent this year.

On average, the price increase is 13.9 percent.

– We have been used to water being cheap in Sweden, but we see a big risk that we are moving away from it, says Joachim Höggren to TT.
