Hand grenade exploded – people evacuated

During Thursday evening, the police received an alarm about a suspicious object at a gate to an apartment building. When the police arrived at the scene, they could see quite immediately that it was a hand grenade.

It was blown up under controlled conditions and the people in it who lived closest to the object were evacuated.

Popular band shuts down

The popular cult band Bub dog lays down. They play their last gig on August 30, 2025 at Zinkensdamms IP in Stockholm.

Teenage boy dead – was hit

During Thursday evening, a teenage boy was hit on road 600 outside Uppsala. The boy was taken to hospital where he later died of his injuries.
