Man dead – after car accident

On Monday at lunchtime, a single vehicle accident occurred west of Föllinge in Krokom municipality. A car is said to have driven off the road and during the evening the police announced that the driver, a man, is dead.

Man seriously injured in explosion

A man has been seriously injured in an explosion. Something must have detonated in a shed or a storage area belonging to a residential building in Karlskrona municipality.

The man, who is in his 20s, is said to have been inside. He was taken to hospital and is now being treated for serious injuries.

Man fell several meters – treated in intensive care unit

A man in his 30s is said to have been seriously injured in a workplace accident in Piteå municipality on Monday. The man must have fallen two to three meters and is now in the intensive care unit at Sunderby Hospital.
