Man found dead in hole

A 65-year-old man was found unconscious in a hole at a recycling station on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the police announced that the man had died.

Warning for snow chaos: Half a meter may arrive

SMHI has issued an orange warning, the step above yellow, from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning. Snowfall and snow flurries are expected to be widespread. In addition to the snow, it is expected to be windy, which risks worsening the situation.

Person hit – seriously injured

Just before 5 p.m., the police received a call about an accident on national highway 32 between Boxholm and Mjölby. A person had been hit by a car.

The person was taken by ambulance to hospital and is said to be seriously injured.
