More than just waving with Pompoms Women Training in Utrecht

The women’s training days are intensive. They start at 11 a.m. and are ready again around 5.30 p.m. “You throw and lift people in the air, so physically that is just exhaustive,” says team member Meghan Keevy (22) from Utrecht. The months -long training is necessary because a routine consists of many small parts. To get the first place, everything must be perfect.
