Cristoph Schön from Munich is one of the many foreign visitors and is now coming to Le Guess Who? for at least the fifth time. “The first time I was immediately captivated by the atmosphere,” he says. “Candid, and everyone was cheerful and friendly.” In Germany he prefers to see not too well-known bands in small venues, but he has not yet encountered so many at the same time there. “The variety, the bands you’ve barely heard of. I enjoy being surprised. I look on the train to see where I really want to go.”
